Founded by Heather Fucini, Oak Table Consulting brings together extensive experience in hospitality operations, leadership, food safety, sustainability, and organizational performance. The firm exists to help leaders move beyond temporary fixes and build stronger systems, teams, and results.
Heather Fucini
MEET THE FOUNDER
Founder & Principal Consultant
Heather Fucini is a hospitality and foodservice executive with more than a decade of experience leading operations across private clubs, healthcare, senior living, multi-unit dining, and regulatory food safety.
Her career combines executive leadership with hands-on operational expertise in profitability, team development, food safety, procurement, service excellence, sustainability, and organizational performance. Heather is known for providing candid guidance, translating complex challenges into practical solutions, and building systems that leave organizations stronger.
Her professional background includes food-safety inspection and compliance, healthcare and senior-living dining leadership, country-club operations, and nationally recognized advocacy for food-waste reduction and recovery.
